ST. PAUL’S CHURCH and ST. MARY’S CHURCH WOOBURN

Sunday 1st October – Harvest
The first Sunday of this month we are celebrating the Harvest Festival at 9.30am at St Paul’s Church followed by our monthly Revive Service at 6pm again at St Paul’s Church.

Saturday 7th October – Breakfast and Dresses!
If you would be interested in joining us for a family breakfast on the first Saturday of the month at 9.30am, please email events-stpauls@mail.com for more information. This will be followed by the dresses workshop 11-2pm at St Mary’s.

Revive and Refresh: Finding Stillness Within a Busy World
Saturday 25th November, Holy Trinity Church, Hazlemere – A quiet morning providing a space to relax and be spiritually refreshed as we prepare for Advent. During this time together there will be a mix of prayer, readings, reflections, music and space, finishing with lunch.

Interested in becoming a Bell Ringer?
St Paul’s is inviting anyone interested in Bell Ringing to join its friendly group.
Not only is it fun and great exercise, you learn a new skill over time. The team enters competitions, rings at other churches, and has friendship groups around the world.
The Bell Ringers meet 7:30-9:00pm on Wednesdays at St Paul’s Church. Anyone over the age of 11 years old is welcome. For more information contact the Vicarage on 01628 521209.

Teddy Bear Parachute Jump – Sunday 3rd September 12.30-4pm
Once again children of all ages are invited to come to St Paul’s to give their well-loved cuddly toys a trip of a lifetime. The teddies will take a parachute jump from the top of the church tower!

Church Summer Open Afternoons – Sunday 3rd September
St Paul’s Church will be open on Sunday afternoon to enable the community to have a peaceful look around the church and enjoy afternoon tea. Everyone welcome!
